Overview of the Business

The business was established in 1990 by Jerome O’Callaghan and is now based in Farnham with office facilities in Mayfair. Since 1990 the firm has expanded and now operates under four separate departments, namely:-

• Property
• Corporate
• Commercial Litigation
• Private Client (Wills, Probate, Trusts and Powers of Attorney)

Although we have deliberately maintained our position as a small, niche Law firm, we have always punched above our weight and established a position in the market acting for SMP’s and medium to high network individuals.

We take a practical and entrepreneurial approach to our business advice and actively strive to achieve the most effective outcomes for our clients and at a significantly lower cost than our London competitors. We understand that the key to continuing to thrive in current market conditions is to be able to provide an exceptional service to our clients in both their business and personal lives.

Personal portfolio has expanded significantly and we have a Property Department which handles a wide variety of commercial and residential property transactions. We have acted for some of the major lending institutions in dealing with their secured lending requirements on a diverse range of commercial property deals.
